Delivery Cutoff Times:
For local delivery : Orders must be placed before 3 pm EST for same day delivery, Monday-Thursday.- Orders placed after 3 pm EST will be delivered the next available day.
- Friday- Orders must be placed before 12 pm for same day delivery.
- Orders placed after 12 pm - Sunday will not processed until the following Monday. All orders leave our facility by 4:00pm EST.
- For nationwide shipping: Orders must be placed before 3 pm EST to ship same day (Monday-Thursday)
- We do not ship Fridays, weekends and national holidays.
- Orders placed Thursday after 3 pm and over the weekend will ship Monday and arrive according to UPS transit times.
- UPS does not offer same day delivery.

UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. - We can not guarantee specific delivery times for orders shipping via UPS.
- Local delivery orders are delivered after 4 pm.

You can choose to have your order delivered at a later date by choosing 'Select Arrival Date' at checkout.

Shipping, Returns & Replacements
Every item from The Nuttery is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photo(s) of the issue so we can review and assist you.
If a claim is approved, we may choose to refund the order, reship the item, or replace it with a product of equal value, at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, claims submitted without proper documentation may not be eligible for replacement. The Nuttery reserves the right to limit replacements.
Returns are not offered.
Our guarantee applies only to orders that are correctly addressed and successfully delivered on the first attempt. Because many of our products are perishable or temperature-sensitive, we cannot guarantee the condition of packages that are delayed, rerouted, or require multiple delivery attempts by the carrier.
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete, including recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, company name (if applicable), and phone number.
The Nuttery is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

An incorrect or incomplete address is provided

The recipient is unavailable, out of town, or refuses delivery

Delivery is delayed by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or require rerouting due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees for reshipment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
