Shipping policies

Cutoff times:
Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST Monday - Thursday will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST Friday - Sunday will not processed until the following Monday. All orders leave our facility by 6:00pm EST. 

Shipping Costs:
To estimate your tax and shipping costs, please refer to your Shopping Bag.

Delivery Times for Businesses & Residences:
UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. Deliveries to BUSINESSES occur between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and deliveries to RESIDENCES occur between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Free Shipping Policy:
Free shipping applies to orders totaling $100 or more that ship to a single location.

Shipping Locations:
We ship throughout the US and Canada.
We aslo can provide hand delivery to the following locations: 
Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Williamsburg, Monsey, Monroe NY, & Lakewood, Toms River, and Jackson NJ.

Custom Delivery Dates:
You can choose to have your order delivered at a later date by choosing 'Select Arrival Date' at checkout.

Track a package:
TRACK YOUR ORDER  with your provided UPS tracking number.

The Nuttery is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. Additionally, when we transmit sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Returns & Replacements
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped. If any product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in new, unused and uneaten condition for full refund. The Nuttery will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.
